Molly Gruber, Therapist
I believe that every person’s story is unique, and I strive to create a warm, comfortable space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
Hello! I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and am deeply committed to supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and women as they navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to help individuals reshape negative thought patterns and beliefs, fostering a path toward greater mental and emotional well-being.
I work with a focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which explores how distorted thinking can affect self-confidence, personal growth, and relationships. I’m here to walk alongside those facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship struggles, helping them develop the tools and insights needed to move forward with confidence and strength.
In my work, I focus on gently challenging negative thought patterns and providing helpful tools to continue developing an individual’s ideal self and strengths. I recognize that each individual is shaped by their unique background, environment, and belief system. Additionally, I offer therapy through a Christian faith perspective, if this aligns with your beliefs and desires.
As a therapist and follower of Jesus, I hold deep respect for each person’s journey. I’m here to support you as you walk through it. If you’d like to schedule a consultation, I would love to connect with you!
Currently, I live in Baltimore with my husband! In my spare time, my favorite things to do are reading, running, trying new coffee shops, and spending quality time with my friends! I am always grateful for a good book recommendation!
